Please perform checks either before starting the engine or 5 minutes after shutting it down. The oil level is adequate if it is between the two marks on the dipstick.

This indicator light turns on if the hydraulic oil filter is clogged. During winter, the light may temporarily activate due to low oil temperature; please ensure sufficient warm-up operation before use.

When using the PTO, turning on the 540E switch with the PTO shift lever at “750 RPM” activates the 540E PTO mode (optional). In this mode, the engine RPM will not increase beyond the optimal level, ensuring fuel-efficient operation.

If there is an issue with the engine, electronic hydraulics (optional), or power shuttle (optional) controls, a fault diagnostic code (error code) will display, and this indicator light will turn on. If this indicator light turns on, contact your dealer or service center immediately for inspection.

1. First, set the throttle lever to a low (IDLE, lowest) position. 2. After the preheat indicator light turns off, fully press the clutch pedal and turn the key switch to the “Start” position. 3. Once the engine starts, operate it at 1500 RPM for about 10 minutes for warm-up. 4. For power shuttle tractors, continue the warm-up until the “Neutral (N)” indicator light on the dashboard stops blinking. 5. If equipped with a water separator fuel filter, remove water before starting. 6. Use winter diesel fuel during the winter and extreme cold conditions.

The turbocharger fitted to the engine is a precision part that rotates at high speed. Avoid rapid acceleration or high-speed operation immediately after starting the engine. Idle the engine at low speed for about 1 to 3 minutes to adequately lubricate the turbocharger before driving.

If the engine oil is low, replenish it to the appropriate level. If there is an oil pump failure, repair or replace the pump. If the oil filter is clogged, replace the filter.

If fuel supply is insufficient, check the fuel system (fuel filter, fuel tank, fuel hoses), and if the air cleaner is blocked, inspect the air cleaner element.

If the descent speed control valve under the seat is locked, hydraulic lowering will not occur even if the hydraulic lever is operated. Adjust the valve handle clockwise to decrease the descent speed and counter-clockwise to increase it. Turning it fully clockwise will lock the hydraulic system, preventing the implement from lowering even when the lever is lowered.

The error codes on the dashboard indicate various issues that may arise with the machinery, and cannot be directly checked by general users without specialized equipment.
